Reinsurance licence for HDI Versicherung AG pobočka poisťovne z iného členského štátu

In November 2010 HDI Versicherung AG decided on an extension of the licensed activities of their branch in the Slovak Republic by non-life reinsurance. After administering all due acts towards the Austrian and Slovak supervision authorities, the new activitiy was appended in the Commercial Register on 28 December 2010.
